Apply Oil-Developer (20 or 30 volumes). Mix in 1:1 ratio (30g of powder with 30ml of Oil-Developer) for up to 50 minutes depending on the desired results (DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DEVELOPMENT TIMES & DO NOT APPLY HEAT).
COVERED HIGHLIGHTS:
Apply Oil-Developer (20 or 30 volumes) in a 1:1.5 mixing ratio (30g of powder with 45ml of Oil-Developer). Develop for up to 50 minutes depending on the desired results (DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DEVELOPMENT TIMES & DO NOT APPLY HEAT).
ON SCALP APPLICATION:
